How does importing a workout work?

Paste or share a public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook link into the app. Our server reads the post's public caption, images or carousel slides and transcript, and turns it into a structured workout: exercises, sets, reps, equipment and duration. You always get a Review step to fix or finish anything before saving.

An import did not extract everything. What now?

Some posts do not expose enough public information. The Review editor lets you complete the workout by hand, and you keep the title, thumbnail and whatever was extracted. GymPilot only reads what a post makes public: it does not download videos and it cannot read private posts.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully without an account. Everything is stored on your device, and there is no sign-in and no cloud sync in the current version. Deleting the app deletes your data.

What does GymPilot Pro include?

Unlimited imports, the AI Program Builder and unlimited collections. Free includes 5 imports per month and 1 collection. Pro is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription through the App Store, and the current price is shown on the paywall inside the app.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by the app. On your iPhone go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. That is Apple's flow and it is two taps. We do not have a cancellation flow of our own.

Which devices are supported?

GymPilot is an iPhone app on the App Store. It runs in dark mode only. There is no Android version and no web app.

Where do the exercises in the library come from?

The app ships with 873 exercises with step-by-step instructions, level, mechanic, equipment and primary and secondary muscles. The same library is published on this site at /exercises/.

Is my data shared with anyone?

Only the public link you paste is sent to our server and on to Google Gemini to build the workout. Nothing from your device's photos or other apps is ever sent. The privacy policy names every third party involved.
